Born and raised in the Chicago land area, I started playing the game of basketball at a young age. During my fun, yet hard working journey, I later pursued my basketball career at Indiana State University as a captain and 4 year starting guard, before I became known as Coach T.

I am very passionate about this game and what it means to be an athlete. I use my experience to not only show but also teach players the game and what it takes to have an elite mentality and skill level. My journey has been filled with invaluable lessons from this sport which has led to my purpose in training the youth, working with other coaches, and speaking to programs or teams. My philosophy around serving this community is centered on leaving applicable value on the court and off the court - “If we commit to working the process, the results will show”.

I continue to embrace personal growth by applying new things I learn, and constantly connecting with people that have proven to be a supreme resource for our basketball and business community.
